How to order a personalized drawing?
To order a personalized drawing, click the “TO ORDER” button in the menu, select the appropriate product and follow the instructions. I.e. select the number of people in the drawing, format, etc.
If the product you are interested in is not visible in the store, please send a private message.
Are parcels sent abroad?
Yes, please send an email to arrange shipping costs.
How are drawings, posters and mugs packed?
All products are very carefully packed and secured for transport.
Drawings and posters are sent in secured tubes or, on request, in strong folders.
Mugs are carefully secured with bubble wrap.
Can prices be negotiated?
If the price of a personalized drawing in the store does not satisfy you, you can write an e-mail and ask for a new price quote.
However, please remember that the price depends on many factors, such as format, number of characters, quality of the photos provided and the amount of work involved.
If I estimate that the amount of work is less, there is a chance to reduce the price.
Can I order anything else besides portraits and vehicles?
Yes. If you want a different drawing than the one in the offer, write a message and I will make a quote.
What photo do I need to provide?
To get the best effect from a personalized drawing, you need the best quality photo possible.
The photos must be sharp and clear.
If it is supposed to be a portrait, a photo of the entire figure taken from a distance will not be correct.
If you are not sure about the quality of your photos, write an e-mail and I will help you choose the best ones.
What do I do if I like the poster but want to change the color/text?
If you want a different version of a poster or mug that is not available in the store, write an e-mail and they will create such a product for you.
What is the shipping method?
Drawings are sent via:
InPost courier,
InPost parcel lockers,
Poczta Polska.
How can I cancel an order placed in error?
Yes. If you have any problems with your order, please send an email.
How do Vouchers work?
When buying a Voucher, you can choose from several price options.
Each Voucher has its own unique code to be redeemed in the store, valid for 12 months.
The Voucher is available in 2 options:
– In PDF for self-printing
– Printed on high-quality decorative paper and gift-wrapped.

How do I order a product that is no longer available in the store?
If you are interested in a product that is no longer available in stock, please send us an e-mail.
Can I return a product?
Yes, according to the Act of 2 March 2000, within 10 days of receiving the parcel with the order, you can return a product purchased in the online store without giving a reason. However, such goods cannot bear traces of use, cannot be destroyed or damaged, must be in the original packaging with all its contents. Return_form.pdf
